My Story

After fifteen years working inside the non-profit and Washington establishment—crafting policy, training advocates, and defending vulnerable populations in increasingly hostile arenas—I came to a realization that changed my trajectory. The crisis we face is not only political or institutional; it is spiritual and formative. We are producing advocates but not elders. For decades, we have told our community what to fear. We must now show them what to love. I founded Level III Industries to change that—to rebuild the moral and masculine infrastructure of civic life. I believe the timeless practices of Judaism—its obligations, its rituals, its discipline—offer the most powerful framework for restoring purpose, resilience, and responsibility in a generation unmoored.

What is missing is aspiration—the audacious vision of who men can become, and the reminder that societies has always thrived when inspiring people toward a larger purpose.
